I have been a fitness instructor for the past 20 years, teaching a whole variety of classes ranging from Pump’d to Zumba and Step. I started dancing when I was a very young child and now fulfil this passion through fitness. The classes I teach are all at a friendly, independent studio that brings fitness to men, women and children of all shapes, sizes, ethnicities and abilities. Absolutely everyone is welcome.
